That’s it.  It’s over.  We are breaking up.
Am I nervous?  YES!  Am I a little bit scared?  YES!  I have loved sugar for far too long, it’s going be hard to say goodbye.  I just love it soooo much!  I had it throughout the day.  Basically all day, er day.  (Yeah, that’s ghetto for every.  I’m hardcore.)  Chocolate, caramels, and baking, oh my!  I don’t discriminate, I love it all.

I have been feeling sluggish, drained and just blah.  Yes, I am sure the Blizzard of 2014 could have something to do with it but it started before the snow began falling. and falling. and falling.  Yes, I am also sure that chasing 3 kids around could contribute to it too.

One of my favorite people in the whole wide world started on a Candida Diet and it seriously changed her life.  She is my best friend and hearing her personal testimony about how she feels now is amazing.  Kindsey didn’t realize how sick she was until she did this and started feeling good!  So many people noticed the change in Kindsey’s life and they all wanted to know what she differently.  So she started a blog!  Swing by and check it out  Living Yeast Free and Loving Yourself Tell her Rose sent ya!

Kindsey did all the dirty work and put together a 7 day jump start menu plan to get you started on the right track.  I am going to follow that and start tomorrow!  Eek!  Making my grocery list right now to get this yeast-free party started.

Sidenote:  She is looking hot right now and I am hoping that by cutting out all that extra sugar and carbs I will shed these pesky 12 pounds I packed one when I quit nursing my youngest (cough-1 year ago-cough).

The plan?
Follow the Candida Diet and add workouts throughout the week to feel and look great!  Wondering how I am doing this with a family?  The food I prepare will be yeast-free.  When my kids are at school or the babysitters, they can get their yeast on.  I will still have some food (cheese sticks, snack crackers…) in the house for them.  But I will just get the things I am not a huge fan of to make it easy to resist the temptation.

Wanna join in the yeast-free fun?
Let me know – we can be miserable healthy and hot together!

Why am I blogging about this?
One word:  Accountability.
If I make it public, I won’t be so tempted to whip up a batch of brownies, eat half the batter while waiting for the other half to bake, then proceed to eat those too.

Boom.
Peace out yeast.
